Financially Accountable to You ...
ActiveWater is a registered 501(c)(3) non profit organization. All donations are tax-deductible and our financial operations are monitored by the federal government. If you would like to request a copy of our Exemption Application (Form 1023), extensive supporting documents, and/or exemption ruling letter issued by the IRS, a copy can be mailed to you for a small printing and postage fee of $7. To request a copy, please contact amie@activewater.org.
