Current Projects In Focus...
Active:Water has a strong desire to assist with funding clean water and sanitation projects in communities wherever needed throughout the globe. However, in an effort to provide the most life-changing, holistic support to our recipient communities, we feel that our efforts must be focused and intent upon specific target areas, working with our trusted partners on a handful of locations at a time. Furthermore, the timeframe in which we center upon a community for assistance should be based on the actual needs of the village at hand, and not based on annual goals, as if to treat this amazing relationship as if it were truly a project, or line item on a list of completed tasks.
Consequently, Active:Water invites all of our volunteers to join us in not simply affecting an area of the world, but to join us in empowering a very specific city, community, or village. Together, we can play a role in families regaining their sense of dignity, repairing their health, and redeeming their hope for a much brighter future than they have ever known before. We are in it for the long haul, and we hope that you will join us on this journey as well.
